Intercultural Workshops

Why Cross Cultural Training China?

People who work closely with colleagues from China often describe their frustration at the fundamentally different way of doing business and at the different priorities that seem to be assigned in the workplace. If you or your company are looking for success in China this course is tailored to meet the demands of today's progressive business needs. Our cultural awareness and etiquette courses are going to impact your understanding of the importance of building relationships and hierarchy in China and maximise your potential in China.

Aim

The aim of the course is to help you prepare for dealings with the Chinese by imparting invaluable knowledge that will assist in building strong interpersonal relationships, promote clear lines of communication, negotiation, decision-making and help minimise cross cultural misunderstandings.

The workshops will be particularly beneficial for people working for international companies, or for companies aiming to provide better hospitality and services for Chinese and or Japanese tourists and clients.
